Workshop on Ethics in Research, Ethics Applications, and Study Protocols
📚✨ Yesterday’s workshop was all about ethics in research, ethics applications, and study protocols.
Together, we reflected on the ethical issues that can arise in our own research, the responsibilities we have as researchers, and what ethics really means in the context of scientific work.
We also explored the key components of a study protocol, sharing what we find most helpful – and sometimes most challenging – when preparing one. Finally, we learned more about ethics applications and the FAU Ethics Committee, gaining valuable insights into the ethics review process.
