On Wednesday, October 11, 2023, the inaugural lecture of Prof. Dr. Matthias Braun took place at the International Forum.
The theme of the well-attended inaugural lecture by Professor Dr. Matthias Braun, who has been Chair of (Social) Ethics since October 2022, was “Vulnerable Bodies. Critique of Ways of Life in the Light of New Technologies.”
Following the welcome by Dean Richter and Professor Braun’s lecture, attendees were treated to a rich buffet and a small cocktail bar. This allowed for toasts to be made, amid mild temperatures on the terrace of the International Forum, reflecting on past, ongoing, and future projects
